Hinengaro Davis



Hinengaro Davis "was the first woman sentenced to prison after a Springbok Tour conviction. She was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment after a trial for unlawful assembly in Marlborough Street on 12 September 1981, the day of the final test between the Springboks and All Blacks."
